To transform the lives of the most vulnerable children (Orphans) and women. To make sure that children have access to education, healthcare, food, and shelter, and strengthening child protection services.

We focus on supporting underprivileged children and vulnerable youth and empowering women by helping them shape a better future, so they can become pioneers of development within the Maasai community.

Our mission is to transform the lives of the most vulnerable through education, opportunity, and long-term support.

About Us

Oltukai Community Development Organization (OCDO)

OCDO is a registered, not-for-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 2020 and officially registered in 2022 under the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, youthand Children in Tanzania (Registration No. ooNGO/R/2782).

We are based in Babati District, Manyara Region, with our headquarters in Oltukai Village, within the Maasai community. Our focus is on improving the lives of vulnerable children, women, and the youth through education, clean water access, gender advocacy, and community development.
